Seeking ambitious and experienced Corporate Attorney with 5+ years of relevant experience to join Wyrick Robbins' market-leading Corporate practice. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on complex business and corporate matters, including entity formation, financing strategies, M&A transactions, commercial contracts, and serving as outside general counsel.

Key responsibilities include advising clients on governance matters, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, interacting with company executives, and handling financial and corporate transactions. NC Bar admission preferred, along with excellent written, analytical, and verbal skills.
