Immigration Attorney

Job Description:
Provide high-quality legal representation to clients in immigration court and before USCIS. Manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters, ensuring thorough preparation for hearings and interviews. Represent clients in removal defense, including Individual Calendar Hearings (ICH), Master Calendar Hearings (MCH) and bond hearings. Advocate zealously in court, at hearings, and in negotiations with prosecutors and immigration authorities. Conduct legal research and review motions, briefs, and appeals. Review family petitions, T and U visas, VAWA applications, adjustment of status (AOS), naturalization, parole in place (PIP), waivers, and other immigration benefits. Collaborate with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services. Stay current on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure best legal strategies for clients.
