Responsibilities: - Draft initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trial and appellate filings - Draft and respond to discovery - Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses - Regularly attend court appearances - Analytical skills, excellent research ability, written skills, and oral communication skills required.
