Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team with a focus on Social Security Disability hearings and hearing preparation. Responsibilities include conducting thorough legal research, representing clients in hearings, preparing clients for hearings, maintaining accurate records of all case-related documents and communications, collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff, staying updated on changes in laws and regulations, and providing excellent communication skills. Requirements include a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, admission to the bar in any state, proven experience in legal research and writing, familiarity with legal administrative tasks, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
