Associate - Energy & Project Finance

Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate with 4-7 years of experience to join our Energy & Project Finance group.

This position is open to candidates located in any of our U.S. offices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft primary deal documents (including purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements, financing agreements, and joint venture agreements)

* Work on project finance transactions involving sponsors, investors, developers, and/or lenders with a focus on renewable power and energy transition

* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment

* Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

* 4-7 years of experience in project finance, with a focus on renewable power and energy transition

* Strong academic credentials

* Experience working effectively within a deadline-driven environment is required
