We seek a highly skilled Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our firm. The successful candidate will provide legal support and guidance to injured clients, advising on best behavior, meeting with clients, finding ethical solutions, communicating client needs, strategizing case resolution, enlightening clients about options, staying informed about legislation, building relationships, preparing legal documents, assisting agreements, prioritizing customer service, and possessing knowledge of federal and state statutes. Must have strong communication skills, be adaptable, and fluent in Spanish (optional).
