We seek a Patent Agent or Technical Advisor to join our Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group on the Software and Electrical Engineering Team. Requirements include 4+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience, B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, and strong written and oral communication skills. Ideal candidates will have experience preparing and prosecuting applications in areas like 5G, memory devices, and semiconductors.
