Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled VA Disability Hearing Attorney to join our team. As a remote attorney, you will handle 15 hearings per month and work closely with case managers to ensure seamless client support. Key responsibilities include reviewing medical records, preparing clients for hearings, and drafting legal briefs. Must be currently admitted to the bar in a U.S. state or territory, have strong research skills, and excellent oral and written communication abilities. Salary: $75,000 per year.
