Associate Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking an associate attorney for our transactional and probate practice section. The associate will manage assigned matters from inception through closing, preparing documentation for entity formation and equity sharing arrangements; researching and analyzing issues pertaining to relevant State and Federal Regulations, conducting due diligence; reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements, compliance programs; and preparing opinions and consultations.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, experience with entity formation and corporate documents, and ability to work as a part of a team.
