Job Description:
We seek a seasoned Chemical Patent Attorney with 5-10 years of experience in chemical patent prosecution. Requirements include a PhD in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a closely-related field, registration number for practicing patent prosecution with the USPTO, and licensure as an attorney in good standing. Key responsibilities include prosecuting US patent applications, advocating for clients' interests, counseling on IP issues, and collaborating with teams. Fluency in English and Microsoft Office required, with bonus points for French, German, Japanese fluency, chemical industry experience, teaching experience at Graduate chemistry level, degrees from highly-ranked universities, or European/Asian university affiliations.
