Job Description:
We are seeking a fully bilingual (English & Spanish) Bankruptcy Lawyer with a focus on representing debtors to join our team. Key Responsibilities include representing individuals and businesses in bankruptcy cases, providing legal expertise, and advocating for their rights throughout the bankruptcy process. Qualifications: Fully bilingual, Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in Puerto Rico, minimum 3 years of experience in bankruptcy law with a focus on debtor representation.
