Associate Attorney

Job Description:
We seek a motivated self-starter with strong academic credentials and effective communication skills to work on a wide variety of matters for our nonprofit clients. The role involves research, legal analysis, drafting memos and opinions, reviewing leases and contracts, setting up new organizations, and attending meetings as general counsel. The firm values independence and team-oriented collaboration. Requirements: JD degree from an ABA accredited law school, 5+ years legal experience, experience with privacy and/or employment law, strong interpersonal and networking skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to review and edit large documents, consensus-building skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
