Job Description:
We are seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to handle Chapter 7 & 13 work in Florida. Prior bankruptcy experience on the consumer side for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 is required. Key Responsibilities: - File petitions, schedules, and attend meetings of creditors. - Work with clients to prepare for the Meeting of Creditors. - Eliminate debt and give clients a new start at life through the Bankruptcy system. - Collaborate with Recovery Law Group to provide excellent client service. - Advise clients on bankruptcy options and procedures. - Maintain accurate records and files. - Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations. - Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple cases and deadlines.
