Electrical Engineering/Software Patent Agent

Job Description:
We seek a software patent agent with expertise in electrical engineering, computer science, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience, a strong understanding of wireless communications, robotics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Requirements include a degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering, legal, industry, and/or academic experience in these areas. The agent will work closely with clients, large and small, from various industries across the country and internationally. Key responsibilities include patent portfolio development, prosecution, counseling, and management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A strong work ethic, commitment to client needs, and ability to collaborate effectively are also necessary.
