Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Federal Income Tax Attorney to join our team in one of our office locations. As a key member of our Federal Income Tax practice, you will work on complex transactions such as renewable energy and low-income housing tax credit deals, investment fund structuring, partnerships, and joint ventures. Requirements: 5+ years experience in federal income taxation law with a focus on renewable energy and credit work. The ideal candidate will have excellent team management skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong knowledge of federal tax laws and regulations.
