Join our team as a Commercial Litigation Associate. Our firm is seeking an experienced attorney with 4+ years of litigation experience to work on commercial litigation involving financial services, securities, and complex financial transactions. Responsibilities include managing cases from inception through discovery and trial preparation, attending depositions, settlement conferences, and other hearings, preparing motions, discovery responses, and client reports. We require superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as experience taking and defending depositions. Salary range is $150,000 to $200,000.
