Job Description:
Kutak Rock seeks an associate to join the Real Estate and Finance department in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and skills in complex commercial finance transactions across a broad spectrum of asset classes and transaction structures with a national client base. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating financing documents, reviewing due diligence, managing transactions from origination to closing, and post-closing enforcement. Requirements include excellent oral and written communication skills, critical thinking, research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as experience in real estate or corporate finance transactional matters.
