Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tax Credit Finance Attorney to join our growing transactional practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax credits, partnerships, corporations, real estate, and secured lending and equity finance. Key qualifications include exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. Must be admitted to practice with an active bar license and have at least 6 years of experience in a relevant area of practice. The position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000-$300,000+ base salary, hybrid work arrangement, and comprehensive benefits.
