The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, significant traditional labor experience, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment. Responsibilities include representing clients in collective bargaining, unfair labor practice litigation, union campaigns, and labor arbitrations. Littler Mendelson offers a competitive salary range ($170,000-$330,000) and performance-based bonuses.
