Job Description:
We seek a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team with a focus on Social Security Disability hearings and hearing preparation. The Attorney will provide legal advice, represent clients in legal matters, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities include: - Conduct thorough legal research - Represent clients in hearings - Prepare clients for hearings - Maintain accurate records of all case-related documents and communications - Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management - Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' interests. Required qualifications include: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the bar in any state - Proven experience in legal research and writing - Familiarity with legal administrative tasks is preferred - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
