Join Womble Bond Dickinson as a Finance Associate on our Financial Services Team. We seek a highly motivated candidate with 3-5 years of sophisticated finance experience in documenting, negotiating, closing, and conducting due diligence for all types of secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions. Key Responsibilities: Manage large commercial and corporate lending transactions from inception through closing and post-closing stages. Provide exceptional client service. Salary range: $220,000 - $325,000 per year.
