Business Immigration Attorney

Job Description:
We seek an experienced Immigration Attorney with a specialization in business immigration law. Must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience handling L-1, O-1 and/or E-2 visas. Key responsibilities include preparing cases, legal strategies, and cover letters; developing expert-level knowledge of client cases; managing projects and deadlines; researching unique legal issues; staying up-to-date on legislative changes; and partnering with colleagues to share information and resolve client issues.
