Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to manage a team of paralegals and handle a wide range of immigration matters. Responsibilities include helping clients complete visa applications, assisting with citizenship issues, representing clients in immigration court proceedings, drafting contracts, providing advice on temporary visas, and advocating for clients before immigration judges.

Requirements:

We are looking for an attorney with 4+ years of experience in immigration law, a bar license, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of legal principles. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work well under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and exercise discretion.

Preferred qualifications include fluency in foreign languages and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
