Job Description:

Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP is seeking an associate with four to five years of bankruptcy experience to join our growing bankruptcy team. We are building a market-leading bankruptcy practice at one of the most highly regarded Delaware firms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft complaints, answers, discovery requests and response, motions and briefs.
• Conduct complex corporate restructuring and creditors’ rights work.
• Provide excellent writing and research skills.
• Engage in superb oral communication.
• Prior bankruptcy clerkship a plus.
