Midlevel Corporate M/A Associate

Job Description:
We seek an experienced midlevel associate to join our Corporate M&A team. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of Corporate M&A experience, with private equity transaction experience preferred. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating merger agreements, managing and closing M&A transactions, conducting legal due diligence, and advising clients on general corporate matters. Key qualifications include strong M&A experience, partnership agreements, joint ventures, limited liability company operating agreements, meaningful responsibility for managing and closing M&A transactions, and experience with representation and warranty insurance underwriting.
