We seek an experienced Estate and Succession Planning Attorney to advise clients on estate planning, tax matters, and business succession planning. Key responsibilities include drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge in estate planning, excellent written and oral presentation skills, and the ability to manage client relationships. Requirements include a graduate degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Michigan State Bar.
