The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex litigation and excellent research skills. Key responsibilities include managing a litigation caseload, conducting depositions, and preparing witnesses for trial. Responsibilities:
Manage a litigation caseload
Conduct depositions
Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
Review and analyze discovery requests
Prepare and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and motions
Trial preparation and support
Maintain accurate time records

Requirements:
Minimum of three years experience in complex litigation
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the state of Louisiana
Experience with motion practice and depositions preferred
Superior research and writing skills required
