Job Description:
We are seeking an Attorney to provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, attend Court hearings, and update and maintain files. Key Responsibilities include: * Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents * Conduct legal research * Prepare for and attend legal proceedings * Provide legal counsel in conjunction with senior associates * Negotiate on behalf of clients * Maintain detailed and accurate client records * Supervise paralegals and administrative assistants Key Qualifications include: * Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school and bar exam * Member of the Maryland Bar * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Familiarity with BestCase preferred * Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients * Flexible work from home options available.
