Litigation Associate

Job Description:

The Wilmington Litigation Group is seeking mid-level associates with litigation experience, particularly in the Delaware Court of Chancery. We are looking for candidates who can contribute to our civil litigation practice at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts around the country.

Responsibilities include:

• Defense of class and derivative actions
• Representation of special committees and fiduciary duties of directors
• Federal and state securities fraud claims
• Bankruptcy litigation
• Corporate valuations and statutory appraisals
• Insurance acquisition transactions

We offer a competitive base salary of $310,000 to $390,000, plus discretionary year-end bonuses. Our firm provides a dynamic environment for professional growth and development, including an enhanced mentor program and hybrid work model.
