Commercial Litigation Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to five years' experience in Health Care Litigation or Commercial Litigation and a strong desire to develop their skills in complex litigation matters.

As a key member of our Litigation practice, you will manage a broad range of complex litigation matters and handle aspects of civil litigation, including client communications, motion practice, discovery, court appearances, mediations, and negotiating settlements.

You will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional research skills, and a strategic and analytical mindset. You will be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
