Key Job Duties: Manage caseload, conduct client consultations, collaborate with paralegals and fellow attorneys, participate in firm committees, enjoy a hybrid work model, conduct comprehensive legal research, prepare and draft legal documents, provide effective guidance to clients, lead and manage multiple case files, stay updated on evolving immigration laws. Qualifications for Immigration Litigation Attorney: Active bar membership, minimum 1 year of immigration experience handling immigration litigation matters, demonstrated experience in immigration law or federal litigation, exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications for Senior Immigration Litigation Attorney: Active bar membership, minimum 4+ years of immigration experience and 2+ years of federal litigation experience, exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
