We are seeking a highly qualified Real Estate Attorney with 5+ years of experience in general real property practice. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with real estate matters, including purchase and sales, leases, secured real property transactions, land use, real property taxes, environmental risk management, and business matters related to real estate such as private placements and financing matters.

Responsibilities include advising clients on all aspects of their real estate needs, advocating for clients in disputes, and managing complex real estate transactions. A strong understanding of business law is also required.
