Responsibilities include assisting in trademark and licensing matters, advocating for clients, and providing trusted advice to meet broad business needs. Requirements: - Mechanical engineering or chemical engineering degree - Admitted to the USPTO as a registered patent attorney - 1-2 years of meaningful experience in patent preparation and prosecution - Strong advocacy skills and practical business sense - Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members Salary: $200,000 - $215,000 annually.
