Responsibilities: * Bring your book of business and own family law matters from strategy through resolution * Expand your expertise, refine your skills, and take on increasingly complex and financially rewarding family law cases * Collaborate with our team of paralegals and legal assistants to support your work * Maintain accountability for deadlines, workflow, and client experience * Appear in court, mediations, and hearings as required * Collaborate with firm leadership to improve efficiency and outcomes * Supercharge your growth mindset, contributing to the expansion of the firm * Enjoy the mentorship provided by experienced, successful attorney leaders Requirements: * Licensed and in good standing with The New Jersey Bar * 3+ years of focused-family law experience * Comfortable being accountable for basic KPIs * Prefers a positive, values-driven culture. * Values structure, clarity, and support * Confident, steady, and emotionally intelligent * Has a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit * PA license a plus!
