We are seeking a licensed full-time attorney to represent clients in hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges. Key responsibilities include representing clients, conducting legal research and writing pre-hearing brief memorandums for disability hearings, drafting appeals council briefs, and answering client questions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong legal writing skills, and the ability to travel to hearings in other cities and states up to 70% of the time.
