Family Law & Personal Injury Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile Family Law & Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be committed to advocating for families in transition while also representing injured clients in personal injury claims. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload, develop litigation skills across multiple practice areas, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients who need strong, empathetic representation. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, modifications, adoptions, enforcement actions, and protective orders; Draft and file petitions, motions, discovery, and other family law pleadings; Represent clients injured in car accidents, workplace incidents, premises liability cases, and other negligence matters; Perform legal research and case investigation, including working with experts when necessary; Negotiate injury settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel; Manage a diverse and high-volume caseload; Collaborate effectively with paralegals, legal assistants, and fellow attorneys. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; Licensed and in good standing in MO (TX, KS, IL a plus); Minimum 1-3 years of experience in family law and/or personal injury; Proven litigation, negotiation, and case-management skills; Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment; Strong commitment to client-centered advocacy.
