Job Description:

We are seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney with experience practicing in the state of Michigan. Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases
  • Preparing and filing bankruptcy petitions and schedules
  • Conducting bankruptcy hearings and negotiations
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Michigan bankruptcy law and procedures, as well as excellent communication skills. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution is required. Experience practicing in the state of Michigan is preferred.
