Environmental Attorney

Job Description:
Perform environmental compliance obligations, create legal documents, and manage client transactions. Key responsibilities include advising on permitting, responding to enforcement actions, researching environmental law, and managing new and existing client relationships. Required skills include high organizational skills, excellent communication, and efficient legal research. 4-6 years of experience in federal and state environmental law is required. Key qualifications include experience with CERCLA, RCRA, and Michigan NREPA equivalents, as well as representation of public and private sector clients in environmental liability matters.
