Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced personal injury pre-litigation attorney to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will handle primarily motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation, with the possibility of handling other personal injury cases such as dog bites and premises liability cases.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent client service, reviewing and investigating personal injury claims, gathering evidence, and negotiating settlements with insurance companies. They will also collaborate with our legal team to prepare cases for litigation when necessary.

Requirements include a valid Kentucky license, at least 2 years of pre-litigation experience, strong understanding of personal injury law, excellent client service skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of cases. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
