We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney
to join our Business & Finance Group.
Responsibilities:
- Handle mergers and acquisitions
- General corporate and transactional matters
- Entity operating/shareholder agreements
- Private placements
- Succession planning
- Tax and financing transactions
- Real estate acquisitions and leasing
- Licensing and IP drafting
- General contract drafting and negotiation
Requirements: * At least 5 years of experience in handling mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. * PA bar admission required; NJ also preferred. * Flexible or part-time schedules will be considered for the right candidate.
