Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed Arizona Family Law Attorney or Legal Paraprofessional (LP) to join our team in Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities include representing clients in divorce, custody, support, and parenting cases with empathy and skill. Key qualifications include 3+ years of family law experience, strong litigation, client management, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, detail-oriented, and client-centered advocate who thrives in a modern legal environment. Compensation includes salary $125,000+, bonuses, health, dental, vision, PTO, bar dues, CLEs, student loan/education support, flexibility with hybrid/WFH options, mentorship, leadership opportunities, and partnership tracks. Modern Tech is provided, including Macs and a $1,500 annual tech budget to design their ideal setup.
