The ideal candidate will have experience in Medicaid eligibility and reimbursement, administrative appeals, civil litigation, probate and estate claims, and guardianships. Key responsibilities include handling cases from inception to resolution and executing strategies for optimal outcomes. Requirements include a graduate degree from an ABA accredited law school, minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience, positive communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
