Key responsibilities include drafting responses to USPTO Office Actions, handling trademark opposition proceedings, and enforcing trademarks through demand letters and takedowns. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong written advocacy skills, responsiveness, and collaboration with paralegals and attorneys. California State Bar admission is required, with USPTO Bar admission preferred. Salary range: $175,000-$275,000 annually.
