Job Description:

The Cincinnati, Ohio, Columbus, Ohio, Louisville, Kentucky, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania offices of FBT Gibbons are seeking a Real Estate Associate. Our attorneys offer comprehensive legal solutions to clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies and global multinationals to startups and nonprofits. We seek an experienced real estate professional with strong transactional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending. The ideal candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and active bar admission in the jurisdiction of the assigned office or the ability to obtain such admission prior to or promptly following hire.

Salary range for this role varies by office location and reflects a variety of factors, including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. The anticipated salary ranges by market are as follows: $180,000 - $210,000 in Columbus/Cincinnati/Pittsburgh, and $170,000 - $200,000 in Louisville.

Associates are also eligible for quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level.
