Job Description:
Orrick is seeking a junior to mid-level associate with 2-4 years of experience in payments and consumer financial services regulatory matters. Responsibilities include performing legal research, analyzing and communicating with clients and senior attorneys, conducting licensing reviews and participating in enforcement matters. The ideal candidate will have experience with supporting senior attorneys and clients, handling multiple assignments simultaneously, and possessing exceptional interpersonal and writing skills. A juris doctorate degree and membership to the State Bar of the desired office are required. The role involves assisting clients in financial services industry with a variety of cutting-edge payments and regulatory issues.
