Associate Attorney

Job Description:

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. As an Associate Attorney, you will work on collection and litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle breach of contract and collection litigation matters from demand through judgment.
• Prepare and argue Motions for Summary Judgment.
• Manage assigned case load in manner that meets goals and client expectations.
• Handle escalated and time sensitive matters as needed.
• Other duties and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the state of California
• Experience with the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) and Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) a plus but not required
