Job Description:
We are seeking a Patent Attorney with 5+ years of experience in global patent prosecution and portfolio management. The ideal candidate is registered with the USPTO and holds a Ph.D in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field.
The responsibilities include:
- Freedom to operate
- Licensing and technology transactions
- IP due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
- Excellent writing skills and strong interpersonal communication
- Superior judgment and ability to handle multiple projects
Pay range is $150,000-$180,000 with bonus opportunities. Billable hours of 1,450 per year, with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and education reimbursement.
