Conduct high-volume strategy consultations, assess legal eligibility, outline immigration roadmaps, and provide clear case evaluations. Requirements include a J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar license, minimum 3 years of immigration law experience, Spanish fluency, and strong consultation skills. The role involves no personal caseload, court appearances, or direct case management, offering a predictable schedule and focus on legal strategy and consultation only.
