Job Description:
We are seeking a client-focused, team-oriented tax attorney with 5 to 9 years of experience in state and local tax matters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong client relationship, project management, and senior review skills, along with a proven ability to thrive in dynamic and complex environments. Responsibilities include advising clients on all facets of multistate taxation, handling state tax controversy matters, providing tax planning and structuring guidance, and addressing remediation of state tax exposure in transactions and client advisory work. Requirements include a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school, active membership in the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice, and excellent interpersonal skills.
