Associate Attorney

Job Description:

We are now looking for our next Associate Attorney - someone hungry to build courtroom chops, deliver justice, and grow with us as we expand our statewide dominance by 2028. As a key member of our team, you will manage and litigate your own criminal caseload from intake to trial.

Key responsibilities include representing clients at all stages of criminal cases, conducting case evaluations, plea negotiations, and hearings, collaborating with a rockstar team of paralegals, investigators, and legal support, and participating in firm-wide trainings and continuous legal education.

We are looking for a licensed Texas attorney (1- 3+ years of criminal experience) who is fiercely client-focused, justice-driven, and courtroom-confident. You must be able to communicate clearly, act with integrity, and thrive under pressure while being committed to teamwork, growth, and making a lasting impact.
